The city of Fargo ND

Hey everyone! so as most of you know I live in Fargo ND! And right now in Fargo North Dakota, we are going through the yearly flood that happens when the 6 feet of snow melt! The river overflows its banks, and we end up building dikes, sandbagging, and using over 3 million sand bags. So Now I will show you some pictures of what life is like for me in the spring in Fargo.







the sand comes out of those gray poles, and people fill the bags with sand, and the next person in line ties them. This goes on for days and days....



they build dikes, through the middle of the streets!



this plane is carrying a sandbag weighing 2,000 lbs.




well I think you get the idea :D It gets bad here... but we come together and save our city, year after year :D
